The job: Spending time with others. You are reading that correctly. We are offering pay to spend time with others. There will be days you encounter challenging behaviour but mostly you are going to the cinema, having a walk in the park or drawing a picture, you can even have a sleepover! Official job title is project worker.

The team: We have artists, sports coaches, band members, bargain hunters, food enthusiasts, dog parents, human parents, gamers, and every other variety of person. We are a community, and you will be accepted fully.
The Specifics: Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desired. If you have an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social care that’s even better. The company does offer on-the-job training and a chance to grab qualifications. Salary £18,325 to £18,576 depending on qualification. Sleepovers are paid at £50 per night.
