Trinity Fold is a block of 10 flats in Preston, designed to provide safe independent accommodation for individuals with significant needs and complex disabilities; enabling support to be delivered flexibly to maintain optimum levels of independence for people who could otherwise be placed in residential care.

We require: Support Staff for a Waking Watch (9pm-8am)
Hours: 33 hours or 44 hours on a rota basis
Pay: £9.57 per hour

Working within a professional multi-agency setting, experience in mental health, learning disability or social care is desirable but other experience may be relevant; the flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.

Applicants must have a strong value base with an ability to respect the clients’ wishes and views to enable them to enjoy a full and enriched life as they choose, confident of high quality, safe services, promoting independence, well-being, and dignity. Ideally, candidates should have NVQ/QCF level 2 in care, but relevant experience will be considered if no qualification held.
