New Focus is a project of Integrate which is a registered charity of almost 40 years standing, providing support to a wide range of people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other complex needs in the local community, encompassing both outreach services in the individual’s own home and 24-hour in-house services.
Integrate employ 350 staff, have an annual income of £8.2 million and also run a number of social enterprise schemes.

We require a FULL TIME ROSTERING ASSISTANT/ADMIN ROLE to support our team based in South Ribble.
- Rate of pay- £8.91 per hour to £10.20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
- 37 hours per week
Experience of data input within a busy office environment is required, and experience of liaising with clients and staff within a social care setting would be advantageous.
Duties will include populating and using a newly acquired rostering software package, maintaining the underlying database, verifying invoices and handling telephone enquiries. The post holder will also be expected to contact available staff members to cover shifts and liaise with the people whom we support, to advise them of any changes to their support arrangements.
